I have not picked up my vehicle yet. I have attempted to call several times and have not been able to either have someone answer or leave a voicemail because memory is always full. I have a 2013 RED CONVERTIBLE V6 Premium Mustang that I need to pick up on Friday if it is available. However, I keep getting a photo of the wrong Mustang and an acknowledgement that the vehicle has already been picked up. There seems to be a break down in communication here.

I appreciate so much the honesty about the repairs of my vehicle as far as the possibility of not finding the part needed. It was great to have someone assist with the rental car situation too. I have a stressful life and it was nice not to have to handle it all by myself. Most of all, the body work looks excellent and it was done much faster than I thought it would. The repair was scheduled and repaired in very reasonable time. They went over all of the repairs and left my car clean and ready to go. They also completely took care of the return of the rental which was super helpful.
