This was an insurance claim. The driver side front tire blew out on our F250 and caused some damage. We called Rice and took the truck in the same day for an estimate. They dealt directly with the insurance company and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Everything was completed within 10 days. The truck is beautiful and drives great, we couldn't be happier!
