Everything was handled so professionally from the 1st minute on. I felt my nervousness about the situation completely disappear once Rice Auto Body called within 30 minutes of my claim being filed. From that point on, they took care of every detail. And my car was fixed sooner than the estimated date. I will highly recommend Rice Auto Body to anyone looking for repairs to be done.

This was the best body shop experience I have ever had. I called and scheduled time to have my 2010 335D BMW looked at for windshield and body damage. 4 days later I took it back and within a week they were completed with the repairs. When I picked it up it looked great. They went above and beyond on my repair to ensure I was happy. I highly recommend Rice Body Shop to any one.
