My cherished, 10 year old van was involved in a collision by uninsured motorists I had been given the doom and gloom news that it would be totaled! I was devastated! Them I remembered Rice Auto Body. So many friends raved about them, so I paid a visit. The first thing Ryan said was like music to my ears: ‘aw….no problem! We can fix that!’ They found and proclaimed added value to my van, recognized how well I had lived and care for it over its life, and in exactly the two weeks he had quoted me, returned my beloved van looking even better than it had when it was brand new!!! Rice Auto Body turned what was…..for me…..a devastating situation into nothing more than a literal bump in the road! I love this place! And the employees are each as kind, caring, and respectful as any I have ever met!!! Hands down…..they are the best’

Repair was amazing. New paint matches perfectly to the 13 year old paint on my truck. They did an amazing job. Once I got my car back home I got a closer look at it and I realized that they popped out a dent on the left rear of the car that I made a joke about when I drop the car off. It wasn't covered under the repairs and I did it anyway. That was an awesome surprise I really don't know how to express my appreciation for what they did except to say thank you and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family or anyone I know that needs an auto body shop.

Ryan was such a good personality, as he was so warm. He went over the board to see that my car was properly fixed the damaged part of my car. My wife and I are very pleased with the repair job. Rice auto shop is highly recommended by me.

The owner was friendly and went the extra mile to help. He was able to change my rental car pick up to a closer location and I was able to leave the rental car at the body shop so I didn’t have to worry getting the rental car back. It was very easy

If it all possible, could you have your guys hooked up my Windshield washer. I guess when they were working on the fender I don't know if maybe it got unplugged? If possible could they hook it back up. Please Thank you so much . You business does Excellent work .
