A little more care was needed on the detailing-there was some smearing on the interior windshield and the navigation screen was also smeared with the detailing product. I am not able to remove the smearing.

I was very satisfied with the collision repair however, I paid an additional $350.00 for a professional detailing. I was not satisfied with the interior glass and the navigation screen in the dash was smeared with the cleaning product and I cannot get it off and back to the factory cleanliness. The detailer was careless.

I was hit pretty hard, with what to me was a lot of damage, so to see the car restored to “new” condition, was a blessing to me. The car looks amazing! It has a few little “groans” when I go in reverse, but I’m thinking that those sounds might be normal after being hit hard.
