I am completely satisfied with my experience, but I do have on suggestion: to avoid telephone tag with setting up such things as pick-up and drop off times. Would it be possible to offer email and text in addition to phone?

The team was very quick to fix the scratch on my bolt. Roma first tried to fix it via a paint pen, but when it wasn't providing satisfactory results, the dealership made the choice to do a full body shop repair, which resulted in a perfect fix. They also provided a very good loaner car. My family and I are very impressed with the professionalism of this dealership, we have absolutely no complaints :)
