Tyler was great and I felt like he understood our needs and tried his best to accommodate us. I realize repairs take time. Ordering (and backordering parts), finding additional damage, etc., are all part of the process. That said, I still feel like you all did what you could to make the process as smooth as possible and I am satisfied with the people and with the repair. Thank you all!

Richies collision is the BEST !! Great friendly service and makes your vehicle like new !! Unfortunately iv had to use them 3 times due to 2 run ins with deer and 1 time someone ran into me but all 3 times I couldnât have been more pleased !! My whole family uses Richies and always will !!

Richie, Tracy, Sandra, & crew always go above and beyond for us. They recently fixed our 2017 Honda after someone backed into us & left the scene.
