Upon entering the facilities, four workers were manning the service course and were much more intrested in YouTube on their personal devices and their own non-work related coversations. Finally a fifth employee entered and asked me if I was being helped. I stated no, and was informed to "just find someone who could assist me". After interrupting one of the employee's private conversation with another employee, I was tasked with locating the proper office by following a series of turns leading to the correct office. Twice I found myself in the wrong office and inconvenienced additional employees by requesting directions to the office that could assist me. This particular Rick Case establishment does not prioritize their customers and would therefore will not be recommend for future business.

Took car in for accident repair, got the car back and the battery was dead. They gaveit to me and said that it must have been going bad before they got it. Had to pay $180for a new battery....... Not satisfied with the service I received at all

I have to take car back because individual that worked on car got there greasy oil prints all over my roof header permanently stained , did not notice when I picked up car . Will have to take car back tomorrow waste time and are they going to lend me a car.very disappointed

I got car back with a greasy headliner and parts missing to my shifter control center counsel , isn't there a quality control manager that would check things out before releasing car to customer
