Everyone at Rick Worley and Son, Inc., the painter, body techs, and estimators are platinum certified through I-car training and continuation classes each year. This makes our shop a Gold Class shop. The team members that assisted me were very professional and personable. They showed a general concern for me as a customer. Jamie conducted the estimate. I was updated on Wednesday's as to the status of the repair by Izzy. I was also contacted by Izzy and Loretta on what was needed at the time of the pickup of my vehicle. Additionally, my vehicle was returned to me "clean" which is a nice touch! I will use Rick Worley again if in another auto accident.

When we picked the car up yesterday at home we noticed the buttons for the gas tank and hatch were pushed up . This was not completely an over sight of Rick’s but the person they sent it to for cleanup/inspection should have notice when they put gas in it.

The quality of the repairs I would give a 10 . The problem was I had no communication on how long it would take to get parts in. My car was there 5/28 until 8/ 22?.Allstate dropped me after 30 days. So l was out of pocket over 800 dollars. I had no idea it was going to take this long.l was calling ever other day and then weekly all I was told was waiting on parts. Finally talk to dude named ISSE? It should be ready by the 7th of August . Well I got it back on the 22? Allstate recommend your shop for repairs. But ISSE. Was the only one that would call me. After 2 months waiting
