It was not their fault but not having my car for almost 2 months was terrible. This was due to not being able to get a part. The work was fine.The office people I talked with were nice.I just cannot say I enjoyed being wirhout my car 2 months.

I couldn’t get the girl that answers the phone, to call me back, I called 3 times. Each time it was the same question to see if they were going to change the oil gasket, which was the reason I took it in, in the first place, and water leaking. Then they found all that damage from where I had hit the curb. The girl would say each time !I will call you right back! And never call! That is very unprofessional! But the repairs were amazing!
