I didn’t hear from anyone on the status of my van until I called to ask several times. They did call to tell me the day is was ready. I was told it would take 5 days but it ended up being 8.5 business days.

Ashley was great to work with. The lady we dropped the car off with initially was more concerned with going home than taking care of us. The girl at the front counter argued with me about the bill and it turned out I was right. I felt like she wasn’t listening to me. Luckily Ashly could hear what was being said and came out of her office to intervene.
