They don’t finish jobs stated that they didn’t repair it due to insurance stating it wasn’t from the accident but same side an area of impact, body lines are nothing short of horrid I have pictures, driver side has a finger width and passenger side has maybe 3 peices of paper width very noticeable. They do not update owner even when asking they will only update insurance who is not responsible for your car payment. They don’t wasn’t to fix they prefer repairs if they can. Cheap, bad communication, state they will provide you will estimate they don’t they then say they will email and don’t they say they will call you back with answers to your questions they don’t. I would definitely avoid them.

I was told 1 day for repairs. One week later, you called and said it would be ready about 2:00 and you would call me. Nobody called so I came at 3:45. It still was not ready. The next day I came to get it, and one of the damaged parts had not been replaced. Also, several of the trim pieces were loose. I was told you would reorder them. I was called and told you had them and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to replace them. I came back, waited one hour, and one was replaced, but the others were still loose.
