The repair shop did an excellent job. However, it took 3.5 months. In all fairness, though, I believe this was mostly due to lack of responsiveness from the insurance company.

I would trust this shop with all future work and therefore would highly recommend them to anyone I know. The fact there are multiple locations, I can directly get in touch with the owner, and can get a successful resolution with the Ops Manager being personally involved is in my opinion above and beyond with regards to ownership. And I really appreciate it.

Great service. Took a long time and had to go back for missing clips and a few other items. Nothing is perfect, but I appreciate these guys standing behind their work, being very aware of my time, and making my car look great. Would definitely recommend them and doubt you will find a better team despite some of the minor issues with my car repair.

Rae and Sean were both great to work with. The only thing that stood out is that the inspection tech kind of threw his team under the bus when there were issues. "I know which team did this." Maybe instead of blaming team members, work on finding better ones, training the ones you have, or establishing a more thorough QA process. That's a management issue and the customer should never hear back-biting or anything but a responsible person taking full responsibility for any QA issues after the fact.
