I could not be happier with my experience with Rick's Auto Body. Clear and comprehensive communication at every step, excellent coordination and process (including working with my insurance to deliver the rental I picked up right at Rick's when I dropped my car off for the repair). Text and email updates each day with pics of the process. Jess in the front office is easy, detailed - wonderful to work with. And the car looks brand new.
