Best experience I have ever had dealing with auto repair. never had to question anything, you supplied all the answers before I even had the questions. You should run seminars on customer service. so many companies think that is a foreign language - you get it and if I ever need car repair you will always have my business

I was completely satisfied with restoring my car. I realize an estimate is an estimate but was concerned about the extra $1,500.00 cost to do that. Obviously, we all ( me, Amica and Rick's) want me to be safe but it was a little surprise. Also, I wasn't informed that I would have to pay the $500.00 at the time of pickup. Perhaps a customer can be notified of that with the conversation to inform them that the car is ready. Luckily I had my Discover card with me. Jessica was VERY understanding and if I ever needed repairs, I would certainly use your business again. Thank you, Luci Scanlan
