We were more than completely satisfied with the service at Rick's Auto Body. Were were pleasantly surprised to find that in addition to the repairs discussed and agreed upon Rick's Auto Body took it upon themselves to fix, repair and paint aspects of our car they did not have to do. They painted the side view mirror, buffed out scratches, filled in chips, and repaired the rear hatch hydraulic lifts that were all in addition to what they had agreed upon doing and at no additional cost! They buf8out the entire car and detailed the inside as well. The car looks like the day we bought it! When I mentioned this to Ron From Rick's he humbly replied, " well, we had extra paint so why not"... I'm sure it is extremely difficult or impossible to find a shop to compare with such integrity, genuine concern, professionalism and high quality workmanship. Wonderful people!... Exceptional experience! Jessica was also helpful assisting to help solve my insurance company putting me off. Thanks to all at Rick's Auto Body! Ron and Lynn
