Nobody will communicate with me about when my car is to be finished. They have not set up my rental car like they said they would. I have been ghosted by all communications and every time I call I get a runaround. I’m extremely unsatisfied. The bid is much higher than I was told from the very beginning. And I have in writing when the job was to be completed. I was told that that is not accurate. I had three claims with State Farm from the very beginning and nobody has communicated accurately with me. Since the moment I drop my car off on November 7. I can’t get a straight answer from anybody.

You might suggest to folks they could have unexpected damage which would increase your costs above the estimated statement. That happened with this repair. This is not a complaint, just a suggestion. I’ve now used your business, I think four times, and each have been superior repairs. You are my first choice, as is my insurance broker. Thank you for being there.

I have used Rick’s several times; always my first choice of body shops (as is my insurance agent’s). I can’t compare other shops but it is difficult to imagine any shop better than Rick’s! They are professional, efficient, friendly, and the repairs are high quality. I like that they look to see if there is any initially unseen damage and fix that as well. Just a super crew there!
