My Experience

I do very much appreciate the efforts of the manager in getting me into an alternate rental car when the one enterprise provided was to small to haul for the trips I needed to take. But the delays in completing the repairs means that not all of the things I needed to do got done and now require additional trips and expenses to complete everything I needed to do. While I have already scheduled a time for it to be fixed, one of the driver side body panels paint was damaged during reassembly. Finally while unloading my stuff from the back on 8/20 I noticed a clump of deer fur wedged between the bottom of the back bumper and a body panel which caused me to inspect the underside of my vehicle where I found there are bits and pieces of deer fur, blood, and guts the whole length of my vehicle that were not cleaned off the undercarriage.
