From start to finish CARSTAR was amazing to work with. The staff was so nice (they even have an office dog which is always a plus). Communication from start to finish was 10/10. They even coordinate with the rental company so you basically don't have to worry about anything. 10/10 recommend

I answered this once, but apparently it didn’t go through. I can’t say enough about the service from Carstar. You guys want above and beyond and helping me with my car. The car looked great when I picked it up. A paint job was awesome, the service was great and everyone was friendly and very informative. You guys could not have done a better job. I would recommend you guys to anyone that asked awesome job.

Appreciate the updates and quick turn around to get my car back to me. They estimated 3 weeks for completion and happily got it done early but with having to work around picking it up the next day, some heads up that would have allowed me to plan out my day better would have been much appreciated.

I appreciated the text updates about my car during the repairs. My car was clean inside and out when I got it back. All the repairs were explained to me, as was the warranty. Everyone I met there friendly and courteous.

Everything about my experience with CarStar was top notch. Scheduling, friendliness, the reception as I went into their business, the updates as my car was moving through the repair process and ease in scheduling my pick up upon completion. The only thing that surprised me was that noone walked out to my car with me to talk over the repairs and see that I was satisfied or if I had any questions. A bonus was that my car was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off!;)
