They worked directly with the at-fault driver’s insurance company and made the entire repair process so much easier and less stressful for me. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Sarah was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and always great about communicating updates and answering any questions I had. The customer service was excellent, and my car looks great after the repairs. I really appreciated how easy they made everything during an otherwise stressful situation. I would definitely recommend CARSTAR!
