Literally IMPECCABLE WORK. These dudes are wizards. You can trust your luxury car here 100%. Just had back to back claims and you can not tell at all. I’d have em do surgery on my shoulder that’s how surgical these guys are with precision.

Kim was excellent to work with. She took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one thoroughly. The entire process went very smoothly, which I greatly appreciated. She was proactive with communication and kept me informed every step of the way. Kim was also able to obtain the information I needed through my assigned advisor, Brent. That said, it may be beneficial for the advisor to have more direct communication with the client as well. 2022 Tesla M3P. The location in Chesterfield gets a 10 star rating only because it won’t let me choose 11. Kim was outstanding in communication and keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and how insurance was handling their side of things. She has fantastic customer service, empathy, and deserves an 11/10. Xander was over the repairs to my car. He was thorough and meticulous with the repairs. Tim was also helping out with the process and he went above and beyond to ensure my car was back to me in the same shape before it was hit. The body work is extremely clean. The paint has zero areas where it looks as though it’s had a touch up. It’s a solid color throughout. Outstanding work to the team at CarCraft. You should feel calm dropping your vehicle off here because you will know you’re getting top tier work.

Happy to debrief in a more direct and value added forum, but the car had a scratch on one side, and a scratch and small dent on the other. Car Craft managed to extract over $14,000 from insurance- nearly totaling the car. Once completed, they didn’t even bother to wash it. There are beautifully painted doors, and bumpers still coated with road debris, bird dirt, and minor scuffs from when I dropped it off 6 weeks ago. The drivers seat (granted it’s white), was also filthier than when we dropped it off. If this was our neighborhood corner body shop installing a $600 used Tesla door off of eBay - I understand. But this is the “certified” Tesla shop. I don’t expect anything- but we will look elsewhere and recommend elsewhere. **front of house customer service and communication has been very good, however.

The only reason to recommend would be to be able to say “it’s Tesla certified”, in case of any warranty / resale concerns. The work, experience itself does not reflect in the price or length of time required. We’ve also used Honea body shop and the experience was night and day different/improved, despite being a neighborhood body shop.

Ultimately the work that needed to be done was done. But the speed, the price, and the organization of it were all a 2/10. There is no escaping the reality that the insurance company paid $14,800 for a drivers side rear door replacement and some minor scratches on the passenger side. The vehicle was returned after over 5 weeks dirty, with black marks on the drivers seat, scuffs on the drivers rear door trim (wedge marks for the window maybe?) the rest of the car not even washed- dirt, bugs, etc. The vehicle now looks like there are flawless doors next to aged bumpers with rubber scuffs, bug dirt, etc. All for a price that was triple the quote at a regular body shop. Add to that I felt like I had to constantly communicate between the body shop and the insurance company to ensure work was moving forward. While the work done was good, the experience wasn’t. Even my neighborhood oil change shop cleans the car up a bit before returning it.
