A++ Customer Service off the charts!!! Very Nice. Clean atmosphere and Customer service area with a great friendly Front Desk Service Representative. The body of my vehicle looked excellent. Unfortunately, my vehicle was returned with 3 indicator lights on. Thes lights are ABS, Dynamic Steering Control, and Hill Assist.

Door handle harness was unplugged and not securely plugged back in. When I asked why it wasn't working, they said it was like that when they got it, which wasn't the case. I had to go to another mechanic to fix it. Seems like your staff should have caught that. On the phone, said it's no way it could be us. Also, small dents on brand new door.

Bumper repair looks uneven and too large of a gap between the bumper and body of truck. This can't be the best you can do?

Process and communication was great and professional but the bumper on my truck does not look good at all. Crooked on 1 side and seems lower from the tailgate than it should, to big of a gap between side of bumper and body of truck.
