The repair tech went above and beyond and even got on the phone with the the insurance company to clarify and receive clarification on what the insurance company informed what would take place versus what actually would transpire. He kept us updated throughout the process and the repair was completed a day before expected. The repair looks good. The pickup experience was great as well. The last two people we encountered were attentive and went the extra mile as well. He explained what not to do with the car, what to do if there were issues and detailed the warranty. Excellent customer service all around"
