I would have appreciated phone calls with updates. You had the car twice as long as originally thought but no one ever communicated with me even when I called to check

Every employee was very friendly, and explained the repair process very thoroughly. They also kept me informed while the repairs were being made. As a bonus they cleaned the entire interior of my vehicle, and washed and waxed the exterior. I would highly recommend them as their service excellent.

Jay was amazing, daily, sometimes 2x per day communication with updates and detailed status reports. It really made the entire experience seamless and while no one likes having their car in the shop, the extra communication made it a great experience.

the paint is coming off and you can see the underlying dents still on the trunk door. There is now an area with no paint and iron color showing.
