When you hand over a car that is in a sorry state, they return it to you looking so good that you would never guess it had ever been in an accident—it looks brand new. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. My repairs were already delayed due to staffing issues, and when I was finally told my vehicle was finished, I arrived only to learn there was an issue with the clear coat that required them to redo the work. Because of their mistake, I was unable to take my car home as promised. I was then told my vehicle would be ready the following day. Now my advisor is out, and apparently no one else in the office can tell me the status of my vehicle or when it will actually be ready. This has resulted in yet another delay. At this point, I have already paid for the repairs and still do not have my vehicle. Delays due to staffing are frustrating but understandable. Delays caused by poor workmanship, followed by a lack of communication and seemingly no one being able to provide an update when one employee is absent, are not. I expected much better quality control, communication, and customer service from Caliber Collision.

The staff at Caliber Collision went over and beyond demonstration excellent customer service . When I entered the premises , I was instantly greeted and the staff went over the paper work and explained in detail every aspect of the repair . I picked up my vehicle today and I am well satisfied . Eric and Derick are knowledgeable in their craft . Thank you again.😊

Y'all lost my car (wrong car was towed, towed car was scheduled for scrapping), when asked for updates was given none, called number and never heard back.
