Tim and creshenda were great. Most positive experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle was done early, they set up my rental, they washed the car and vacuumed before returning, he even drove my vehicle to me when it was finished and returned my rental car for me. Kept me updated the whole time, I seriously think this place restores faith in humanity. Can’t say one bad thing about them

Ordered wrong trim part and I had to point it out. They said they would re-order correct part. After not hearing from you all for a few days, I called to see if it was in. After telling my they had the correct part, I was giving a date of 3 weeks later to install. As of today, I am still waiting.

I can't say enough good things about Caliber Collision! My car was damaged after another vehicle hit it, and I was told the repairs could take up to 14 to 21 days. To my surprise, they had my car repaired and looking absolutely amazing in just 3 days! The quality of the work is outstanding—you can't even tell it was ever damaged. The staff was professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for fast, high-quality, and reliable auto body repairs, I highly recommend this shop. Thank you for making such a stressful situation so much easier!
