I had to call each week to get updates. It ended up being longer. It also was ready and I was never advised nor was the vehicle transferred. This caused me an additional 3 days in car rental fees.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. They kept me updated on the progress and did a great job repairing my Hyundai. My vehicle was cleaned and looked great when I picked it up. There is nothing good to say about your car being broken into and damaged and you have to come out of pocket to get it fixed. However, this entire process with my insurance company and their suggested repair network particularly Caliber St. Louis has been seamless and stress free. The repairs are done and look better than before. I am very satisfied with the results and the experience. Thank you!!!

Tim and creshenda were great. Most positive experience I’ve ever had. The vehicle was done early, they set up my rental, they washed the car and vacuumed before returning, he even drove my vehicle to me when it was finished and returned my rental car for me. Kept me updated the whole time, I seriously think this place restores faith in humanity. Can’t say one bad thing about them
