They did great work and kept me informed of their progress. I'm also happy they washed and vacuumed my car. Unfortunately, they did have my car for the entire month of July, which meant I had to be late renewing my license plates. It may not have been their fault, as they were waiting on parts and received a door that didn't pass their quality control, but I still think having my car for 5 weeks is a bit excessive. Thank goodness my insurance paid for the repairs and the rental car, because I drive a lot for work and put over 3,000 miles on the rental car! If the work was completed a little more quickly, I would have happily given them a 10. They were very friendly and did outstanding work.

The car looks very good but I was given my car back with a dead battery. I drove it home after I picked it up and in the morning it wouldn't start. The battery was ran down so much I had to buy a new one.

Car came back with no coolant and after a short drive i got a warning message for it, used a personal code reader to get an idea for what was happening and took it back to gerber.

Never once recieved a phone call, when calling to check on vehicle the receptionist was a major pita. When picking up the vehicle the car had no coolant, went back and the general manager assisted me. Offered a half refund on the deductible, requested a statement acknowledging that the car came back with no coolant and never recieved said statement. After dropping car off a second time I again never recieved a phone call for pick up and when calling the reception gave insane attitude. After the second pick up the general manager apologized for everything but again after requesting a statement for the low coolant I was told I'd get a email and never did. Genuinely surprised how yall are still in business as this was a disaster.
