They did an awesome job with my truck, very good time on getting my truck back to me in a reasonable amount of time, always sending frequent updates through the process of my truck being worked on. Most of all they went above & beyond the call of duty to meet me, so I could get my truck before having to leave out of town for 2 weeks for work, when shop was already closed.. None of the damage on the grill of the car was worked on at all, it also was returned back to me and the steering wheel shakes above 70 mph. I am scheduled to bring it back to the shop tomorrow and hope those things can be addressed then.

When it comes to customer service, I highly recommend this location mostly because of it's leadership. I've never seen someone who runs a facility like this. Dena was hands on in every aspect of my service. I mean, from the beginning to the end! She even cleaned my car inside and out herself. My insurance company dropped the ball, and Dena picked it right up. She truly was the real insurance in that she assured us that we would be okay. I can't thank her enough. As far as I'm concerned, Dena Low deserves to be recognized. as Gerber's person of the year! Bar none! She brings new meaning to customer service in the most positive manner and the people that work under her show the same level of care and promise to provide the best customer service and experience possible. We felt more like well taken care of family, than strangers in the hands of a corporate machine. I truly can't say enough. as to the way this place was ran. When short staffed, Dena was there doing the work of what seemed like multiple individuals should have been doing. And she did it with a smile on her face and made us her first priority. I can't speak for everyone but for everyone that we saw walk in, she treated everyone else in the same manner. You don't find that every day. That's why I say wherever she is, I'll always follow her for service. I wish every place of business that we encounter had the same type of leadership and exceptional customer service as this place. If you have a car that needs to be repaired, I wouldn't hesitate choosing this place even if it's a little out of your way. Hey, a 30 minute drive can't compare to the service that was provided.
