I was very happy with everything leading up to the repair. However, I was told the morning I dropped it off that I would get periodic text updating me on the progress of my car and never received one update. All I received was a phone call about 2 hours before you closed one night that it would be done at 4:30 right as you closed. I had to abruptly leave work with no warning to hurry and take the rental back to get there by closing. It was a Friday and I didn’t want to get charged for the weekend for the rental. I also appreciate the supposed cleaning of my car, but it was a hap hazard cleaning. Front windshield is worse than when I dropped it off and the dash has dirty wipe marks all over it.
