I couldn't be more satisfied. Rick's went above and beyond to take care of me. Although it was 3 weeks to get the repairs done I truly believe Matt and the crew were doing everything they possibly could to get things done as quickly as possible. On a 10 star scale I'd give the 20!

I love them!! Unfortunately, I have had a few repairs done at Rick’s and they have always taken great care of me and my vehicle. I love Matt!! He is always so friendly and knows exactly what needs to be done. I know I am good hands with him-thanks Matt!!

Turn signal light not repaired. Will need to return car for this work to be done.

Did not have car done on agreeded on date and was unable to get car back until Monday as their business closes over the weekend. Very inconvenient with car being gone an additional two days.
