My experience was great. The staff kept me informed what was happening with my vehicle. The work that was done looks good. I liked the fact that I could pick up and drop my rental car at Ricks Auto Body. I would recommend Rick's Auto Body.

Everyone was really friendly. My feedback would be better communication. I liked the email updates for expected completion, but on 2 occasions the date came and I didn't get a phone call saying the car was ready and I would have to reach out about the status. Also, when the car was ready, I was on my way and there was an accident that made my ETA really close to closing time, so I called and spoke with someone saying I'm on my way, my ETA was 4:55, but there is an accident so it might be give or take a few minutes. I pulled in the parking lot at 5:02pm and the entire place was shut down. I'm disappointed no one called me at 5 when I wasn't there yet to say they had to leave.

The repairs were great they even cleaned my car; however, I noticed around the right most vent there were some dark spots that weren't there prior. So I called and left a message about it and they gave no response. I also noticed that they caused some minor damage to the bottom of my car which caused some plastic to grind along the concrete. I just cut the grinding piece off.

Was quoted 3 weeks to do the job. Was done in one but had already made plans to be out of town and needed to deal with rental car as they assumed I should drop everything and get the car. Also they left the car on from 5:00 pm to 7:00 am as we are able to tell on our life 360 when the car is on. When we picked up the windows would randomly go up and down and locks wouldn’t work.
