The whole process we fantastic. Drop off was easy and there was a rental car waiting for me. I got regular notifications on when my car would be ready and it was done ahead of time. Pick up was a breeze and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. That was an amazing surprise. I highly recommend Ricks for great service all around. Thank you!!
