The quarter panel and bumper look better than new if that's possible. I was worried about the quality of work, fit and finish, that I would get taking it to just any random shop in the area. I didn't want to get my truck back with inferior parts and workmanship leaving me with a less than new or "damaged goods" kind of look and feel. I'm more than satisfied with the results I got at Rick's and will recommend your shop again and again. The truck looks and feels like new and I'm confident the job was done right without cutting corners. The final touch was the owner Rick treating me like an old friend or family, making me feel like my job mattered and that he was on top of it to make sure it came out perfect. I only met the office person briefly (sorry I forget names) but she was a pleasure to work with as well! All in all, my final comment is that's how you run a business... I cannot say enough about the service I received at Rick's Auto Collision! I was given a link to carwise with pictures of the progress of my vehicle repair. Rick's handled a rental car for me, kept me in the loop throughout the process and even gave me back my car completely detailed!
