My vehicle was completely exactly when they said it would be. Not only did the repairs exceed my expectations, they also went the extra distance and did the I did the windows and vacuumed out my truck… pleasantly surprised. I picked up my truck on Friday as soon as I started it the check engine light came on I drove it home got part of the way home and it went into reduced power mode I borrowed the scanner from where I work and it had lost communication with the active shutter also the body control module sat morning I pulled the grill back far enough to see the shutter was unplugged I plugged it back in and erased the codes the paint and body work on the drivers side doors is wavy I was told today by two previous body people not to accept I stopped and asked the gentleman this morning that did the estimate if he would repair the scratches down the bed side and told him about the engine problem he says to me what are you trying to accomplish I said I would like the scratches removed from my bed he said he could buff them out and before I had a chance to mention the other problems he proceeded to argue with me that the deer didn’t go down the bed side well he has pictures from the day it happened that will show otherwise the window makes noise when you roll it down the window seal was not installed properly and it is missing bolts that hold the Inner fender liner in the truck I contacted my insurance company and told them I will not be taking my truck back to them to have the repairs that are needed done I was instructed to go to another body shop and get a estimate in turn it in to the insurance so I did thank you have a nice day as I was told

My truck was not repaired correctly the bodywork and paint are horrible I was told when I took it back that deer just don’t go down the side of vehicles but you have photos that say otherwise I was told I don’t know what you are trying to g to accomplish with this my active grill shutter was not plugged in setting my check engine light and forcing my truck into limp mode you don’t care about the quality in your work you don’t care about customer satisfaction it’s a fifty thousand dollar truck that looks with a 30.00 rattle can paint job
