The text updates were fantastic. Thank you for making my car repair meld seamlessly with the car rental. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My car looks like brand new with no signs of the horrible damage from striking the deer.

Pretty happy with the way the car came out. Everything looks as it did before the accident. Only complain is small, the car did have a lot of dust in it when I picked it up, and the smell of paint was rather strong. Other then that, I am happy with the way things went. Would gladly go back!

I noticed a small spot on my vehicle that was not painted. I brought it to Herbert?s attention & he asked if I had a couple minutes and he had someone come out and paint the spot. I would have liked if they noticed this before I got there.
