The owner was so kind to me, I was very shooken up after my accident and he was so compassionate it made all the difference in my difficult time. I was so appreciate of of him helping me find the best deal I could get for a rental car being a single mother a small gesture of help like that it means the world. This was a quick, seamless and incredibly easy progress. The service from the auto body shop was amazing and I have no room for positive feedback. The only downfall was the car rental Hertz was a disaster but that’s no ones fault who was part of this claim Thank you Mapfre and Riel auto body
