Founded in 1973, Ripple’s Auto Body offers quality collision repair to the local community and surrounding areas. With over 70 years of combined experience, our staff of highly trained and professionally skilled employees focuses on your needs first. As of July 2018, we are under new ownership of the Lewis Family. Michael and Traci met and married over 24 years ago while both were employed at Shelby’s in Urbana in Urbana Illinois. Traci worked as the warranty clerk and accounts receivable, while Michael was the lead painter in the body shop. After leaving to continue his career in the automotive paint industry he worked for Dupont Automotive Refinish /Axalta Specialty Coatings for over 23 years. Over the last twenty-some years they have raised four grown children (an electrician, an air crewman, a banker and a pilot) and are the doting grandparents of 4 wonderful grandchildren. When away from work they enjoy boating and lake life.

My vehicle looks great. The sensors don’t always come on anymore. It was a nice bonus that they detailed the inside of the vehicle.

My Tahoe rear bumper repair is excellent, but I knew it would. Have lived in MTZ since 1966 and we could always depend on excellent service from the Ripple bros and that great service continues. Loved the updated texts too. Great service began when in and was greeted by Rusty. You guys better not get sassy with her. Just remember she has that stick behind her desk! Again thanks and excellent service!

The repair of my bumper is excellent. Of course I knew it would, that's why I chose Ripples. Have lived in MTZ since 1966 If we needed auro body service, we always had it done by the Ripple bros. And their legacy continues in MTZ. Loved the text messages giving me the updates on my repair. Rusty is an excellent front desk asset to your business. Be kind to her. Remember she has that big stick sitting in the corner to keep you guys in line.
