Would have given a 10 if the pan underneath hadn’t fallen off 2 days after picking up the car. The repair work itself was ver good.

Communication was not very transparent. The vehicle was “in for painting” for about 2 weeks. Every expected ready date was pushed back every time we checked. No one told us a part was delayed, which we would have understood if we had been told. If we had been told up front that it was going to be 2-3 weeks, we would have made arrangements to borrow or rent a car and been fine with that, but the continuous delays due to “painting” were wildly frustrating.

Met Life basically forced me to use RJ Shore saying nothing would be guaranteed unless I used them. The repairs took 9 weeks! The mechanics at RJ Shore didn’t know what parts they needed or how to fix the car. It wasn’t repaired until it went to the Ford dealer. Ford did the repairs in ONE day. I have no complaints with the body work, that seems to have been done very well. Audra in the office is very personable and was the one to send my car to get fixed at the dealer. The mechanical side of the house is terrible.
