In a day and age that I find customer service severely lacking, Rich is superb! He makes you feel as though your car is the only one in his shop. From assisting me with filing a claim with my insurance company to assisting me with arranging for a rental car, to keeping me informed on the progress being made on my car repairs. Rich was easy to reach & if I didn?t reach him personally, he returned my call within hours - not the next day!
