Although they seemed to fix the bumper damage, I again, would not recommend this company to anyone or use this company again.

Not satisfied. Poor communication from Rich from Carstar Roadstar in Setauket, NY. He lied about the pricing/quotes by a substantial amount for a. small bumper repairs. For a company that was referred to me by Traveler’s I personally would not recommend this company as even the repair took a while to finish. Lastly, I received a phone call from Hertz rental car company that the rental car I returned last week was not received yet. Although they seemed to fix the bumper damage, I again, would not recommend this company to anyone or use this company again in the future.

Tiffany and her husband Rick were very easy to deal with. They explains all the work that was to be done and when it would be done. Love the periodic text with a link that showed the repair progress and actually got my car back sooner than expected. The finish work was excellent and was told their work is guaranteed for as long as I have the car, which was excellent to hear. Also when I picked up my car they buffed two small scratches I had on the other side of the car for free. Excellent service, very satisfied.

From start to finish, this was an exceptionally good business experience. Communication with Rich was perfect; he kept me up-to-date on progress with the car and, before its repair date, I got great reminders. His team was so helpful finding my husband’s long lost hearing aid in the car. The office was always clean, always a chair, and always an offer for a cup of coffee or a glass of water. And, when I picked up the car, Rich asked about a business event I’d mentioned the previous week; that’s impressive attention! When I picked up the car, I couldn’t believe it was the same vehicle! It looks brand new and I’m so pleased at the way the repair was handled and completed.
