Overall 10/10 experience the company will always contact you with updates about your car. They are very professional. Furthermore, they take very good care of your car to the point where you didn’t even know it was in an accident once they’re done with that meaning it almost looks like a new car once it leaves their shop.

I was beyond happy with my experience from the very beginning. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind and very quick to respond. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Rich (owner) and Lauren (front office) couldn’t have been nicer. I was kept up to date on my repair and while there was a delay in one of the parts arriving, Rich handled the extension of my rental car for me completely. I didn’t need to get involved which eased my concern. My car was returned to me looking brand new. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car at Roadster Collision.
