All work was done to a very hi standard. All the repairs were completed and ahead of schedule. The owner Rich and his wife were on top of everything and kept me informed as to when my car would be ready. They also went out of their way to coordinate with Hertz so that I could pick up the rental car at the shop and return it back the same way. This saved from needing to get ride back and forth to Hertz. Saved me the cost of an Uber or a taxi. I highly recommend Carstar for any body repairs and even more so Rich and his wife as caring people to do business with.

Rich and his wife took care of everything including coordinating with the rental agency so I wouldn’t need to arrange a ride to and from the rental car agency. They also were understanding when I had to reschedule a few times because I had to go out of town for family reasons.
