100% Satisfied. Kerry is the main reason for this fantastic customer service. He was empathetic to my situation about someone hitting my car and not leaving a note. There was pretty good damage to the back of my car. Kerry was calm and understanding. He called Enterprise for me (I do not recommend that as it was terrible customer service). Kerry worked hard to get my claim going and parts ordered. Within a week he had my car ready for pick up. He was friendly and made the experience great. The only negative comment would be for the woman who works up front as you come in the door. She’s unfriendly, short with response and no care to assist you. No hello, welcome or can I help you. Just a cold “go to the counter” comment.

Maybe it’s just the difficulty of the red Mazda color of my car that made it more difficult to get it right but I’m not 100% positive that’s where the problem lies. So I would recommend with caution.

A week after I took the vehicle home I noticed a run or a drip in the paint and the area also has a slightly rough texture. Luckily it’s in a location that isn’t very noticeable and I wouldn’t bring it back to be fixed for fear of it ending up worse. I know it’s a difficult color to paint however this is the second occasion that has happened with the paint on this vehicle at this repair place.
