Roberts Collision Center is located in beautiful downtown Hanford and has been serving the Kings County area since 1995. We have all the required equipment to properly repair vehicles to their pre accident condition. We are also trained and fully equipped to repair the 2015 aluminum body Ford pickups. Roberts Collision is well known in the community for quality repairs and professionalism. I was not informed Roberts were going to put on a generic bumper, the bumper did not fit and I was told not to use my trunk. The sensors in the bumper were loose and falling out. It would be appreciated if when a customer comes in they tell the customer exactly what they are doing for the repair. What parts were going to be put on the xar. The staff were very nice and courteous.

So far I am satisfied with the repair, unless something comes up later. It did take a little longer than expected and one return trip to get a problem resolved, which it was very quickly and to my satisfaction.
