Roberts Collision Center is located in beautiful downtown Hanford and has been serving the Kings County area since 1995. We have all the required equipment to properly repair vehicles to their pre accident condition. We are also trained and fully equipped to repair the 2015 aluminum body Ford pickups. Roberts Collision is well known in the community for quality repairs and professionalism. We are proud members of the California Auto Body Association and stand behind their motto " Honesty, Integrity, and Craftsmanship". We offer a customer shuttle service and a courtesy wash and vacuum as our way of showing our appreciation for their business. Upon inspecting the car after repairs were done, I noticed there was a bent at the lower front side of the passenger door that was related to the covered incident and apparently was not identified by the shop and not included in the final estimate send to the insurance company. The shop acknowledged this and assured me they would submit a supplemental estimate to the insurance and will call me back when approved. That make take a couple of weeks. Then I will need to drop off the car again. They told me it'll take 3 business days to repair the additional damage.
