Roberts Collision Center is located in beautiful downtown Hanford and has been serving the Kings County area since 1995. We have all the required equipment to properly repair vehicles to their pre accident condition. We are also trained and fully equipped to repair the 2015 aluminum body Ford pickups. Roberts Collision is well known in the community for quality repairs and professionalism. We are proud members of the California Auto Body Association and stand behind their motto " Honesty, Integrity, and Craftsmanship". We offer a customer shuttle service and a courtesy wash and vacuum as our way of showing our appreciation for their business. Paintwork has defects, parts were left off the vehicle and had to be pointed out by the vehicle owner, single use fasteners were reused and the battery ground clamp was left loose leading to failure to start at the worst possible time.

I asked the service representative helping with the initial damage estimate to bid the cost to repair a scratched rear quarter panel while the vehicle was in the shop and was never done. Repair was to be at owners expense.

My vehicle was severely damaged after I was side swiped last Easter 2021. Robert’s Collision Center did a great job with the repair, they end up replacing my frame, bumper, fender, bed panel, wheels and suspension. Throughout the repair process, Woody and Jacob did a great job communicating with me with updates every week. Matthew, their service tech did an amazing job putting my vehicle back together. The day I picked up my truck, I was impressed with the quality of work that they have done. My truck was good as new. Great job and thank you so much.

Work was great, parts took longer than expected but it wasn’t the shops fault! Also noticed my driver side massaging seat the cover off one side was off? Also noticed my foot action to open the trunk is hit and miss now. Reason for the 8 otherwise it would have been a Ten for sure. Friendly staff and great communication. JB
