Not all repairs were done correctly, not repaired back to factory standards as promised in phone conversation. When shown what problem areas were I was promised that they would bring my vehicle back in to correct them. Still waiting for that to happen, I have been in the rental company but calls to the Rocco’s are not being returned or answered from me.

Very quick repair! Was told it would take an estimated 2 weeks. Dropped it off on Wednesday, picked it up Friday. Car looks brand new where damage was. Communication with staff was professional and kept me in the loop the whole time.

This was my first experience with Rocco’s and everyone was truly great. I originally dropped off at Snyder Ave and ended up at Levittown. All team members were easy to communicative with, kind, and helpful. Krista and Ray at the Levittown location were amazing with keeping me in the loop and working with me to get the most accurate estimate for work needed. I highly recommend utilizing Rocco’s services!
