The shop held my vehicle for 12 days before even starting the repair. They asked me to drop off the vehicle without communicating with their employees about the timeline. I can verify that nothing was done on the vehicle for 12 days because I have remote connect with Toyota subscription, which tells me every time, the vehicle is opened in anyway or moved.

I was slightly dissapointed with the length of time it took to do the repairs. It took two months to schedule and then when I came to pick it up noticed that there was still repairs needed. The team took care of it but added yet another day until we got our vehicle.
