The repair took and extended period of time and it would have been good to have had a little more frequent updates from the shop on what was going on, what was causing the delays, and what did the revised timeline look like.

repair appearance is good, there were a lot of problems executing/communicating .....I am not clear if it was the fault of the insurance company or the body shop or both . My car was in the shop for more than 3 months.

Car keeps dying after the work. Still in communication with them on trying to solve the problem. Otherwise, they have communicated great and been extremely helpful in providing transportation while the issue is being examined.
