All was fine overall. It does seem strange that the delay in repairing the van was due to difficulty getting an alternator. Hardly a rare part. And it was a significant hardship due to our circumstances of having to coordinate driving from Detroit MI to fetch the van. Of course it’s not under Rock Honda’s control that we were traveling from out of state. But the alternator as a key delay was annoying to me. Also the fact that we needed the audio code from our home files was not communicated to us ahead of time nor did the shop reset the code prior to our picking it up. So we had a 7 hour drive with 3 kids without use of the radio. I would suggest adding to the otherwise strong set of items that are checked off prior to releasing the van to include either resetting the audio code while in the shop, or, informing the owner that they should find their audio code from their records prior to retrieving their vehicle. All in all these are minor. And for all substantive elements we were happy with the repair. The front end looks great! Thank you!
