I would not recommend dealing with Len.I had to do all the leg work.

Len was not professional. I sat in the lobby for a hour and a half.As he wrote the estimate he told me he would not be able to find parts so he was going to total my car.

As I wrote before. Len is not the person to being at the front desk helping . He wanted to total out my car. When the adjuster told me they weren’t totaling out my car, I called Len and he tried to tell me he was doing me the favor and fixing my car. This man had me in tears every time I talked to him. I would have to call to check on the status of my car. He told me several times my car would be done and then he tell me oh another date it would be completed.On December 20th I called in tune morning to see the status of my car and no one answered, I left a message. I called again around 2:30 no one answered, I hung up. My daughter came home at 4 and she called Len picked up. He said my car had not gone to paint yet. I was so sick of him telling me my car would be done and it wasn’t.

Rocky Mountain Collision employees did an excellent job fixing the damage and matching the paint on my Mustang GT. It looks good as new. They even held on to the car and stored it in the shop for me since they finished it early and inwas out of town.
