The products I was told that was going to be use for my car was changed, but the price was the same. I asked for all parts removed from my car to be placed inside my car and I was told that something they do anyway. However, when I picked up my car, the only thing that I was provided with was one door. There was no supply list receipt or parts to validate any purchases for my car. Especiallyfor the recent right door assembly. I was told they have Warranty on what they’ve done but I questioned that just as well as everything else since I found that what I’ve been told is not true. without the receipt of purchase or parts makes me questioned the cost. I was charged for. I paid without seeing my car and the items are asked to be put in my car on the strength of their 37 years of service and claim of honesty, which in moving forward, I would never take anyone’s word again. A lesson learned. and I’m still waiting to hear back for the receipts of purchase and parts..

Finish was matted, lacking shine, and clear coat. Finish had blemishes, light scratches, and small dimples in paint. Very disappointed.

Initial appt was great, expectations were high. No problem dropping car off, but had to wait over an hour picking up. No one at office at 8:00 as told.

Ashley was welcoming and knowledgeable from the first call. She showed great empathy when I told her I couldn't bring my car for an in-person estimate because I was scared to drive it. She immediately understood and offered a virtual one and was very prompt with emailing me the needed information as well as sending the estimate in a timely manner. Each time I called after that, she knew exactly who I was and was thorough in her explanations. She was supper friendly when I dropped my car off for the appointment and clear on the completion time. Upon picking up my car, Melvin was very friendly, personable and professional. He pulled my car around and walked me through the repairs. I asked about some other work I was interested in getting on my car and he was easily able to eye it and explain what would need to be done. He also gave me an estimate on the spot. As I told Melvin, I will always come to your shop for any future needs I may have and I will absolutely recommend you to everyone. My experience was beyond perfect. Thank you!

Great customer service and the price point was reasonable for the worked performed. The professionalism was top tier. My vehicle looked brand new, couldn’t tell where the original damage was. I would definitely bring my cars to Roger’s Classic Collision if ever needed again. Highly recommended!
