They did good work, just didn't keep us informed during the process. There is a small ding that should have been pulled out before we picked up the vehicle.

There is a small ding on the front hood. We haven't driven the vehicle since we drove it home. Had a rock hit it on the interstate on the way home, we would have heard. The ding is small but visible; meaning it had to be seen by them before we left. It is our fault that we didn't notice it before we left the shop.

They didn't communicate with us unless we called them. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to complete the job. It took 7 weeks, because there was an issue getting parts in.

I have to give Rogers Classic Collision 10 stars they did an excellent job on my charger all around the customer derive was excellent they kept in contact with me the whole time of the process I got my car back today and it look like I got it straight off the show room they actually took they time and made sure everything was fix they was able to complete the job where other shops I went to wouldn’t had done so I thank yall and really appreciate the work that was done

After picking up the car, the check engine light came on. I called them a few days later when it hadn’t gone away. The young lady I talked told me she would call me back after she spoke to their mechanic to arrange for me to bring the car back for diagnosis. She never called me back. That was weeks ago. I was just trying to support a black-owned business. The bumper replacement was okay, however the bumper is misaligned on one side, and the paint has a few deep scratches in it from installation.
